Oh how my heart longs to be there... Less than one week baby! I want a scrumptious peach in my mouth right now.
You don't post pictures of your tummy. No fair... If I have to, so do you. I need to see it. It's a must!

Here is my recipe...

2 quart jars of peaches (some of the juice drained, but not all.)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, ginger, or cinnamon (I use either pumpkin pie spice or both nutmeg and cinnamon)
1/4 cup butter or marg.
1/4 cup chopped nuts or coconut (I use both)
Vanilla ice cream

Place fruit in a 2-quart square baking dish.
For topping, in a medium bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour and spices. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts and coconut. Sprinkle topping over fruit.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden. If desired (and why wouldn't it be?) serve warm with ice cream.

YUM!!!!

Hi Sara! I would have loved to chat more too but but yes, every second counts when shopping with little ones. I did find some fun stuff. A princess castle cooking station for my parents play room, a sweater, pj's for em, and a scarecrow. The castle was the best find though. My cousin who works in receiving happen to walk by when I discovered it.I told him there was no price on it so he marked it $2. Can't beat that. What were your fab finds?

I've been meaning to tell you, my sister is the founder of Harvest Fest that we have here in Idaho Falls. It's on Oct. 10th this year. If you still make those darling bibs and charms, I can get you a booth for 1/2 the price. Let me know if you're interested.
